As we start the new year, many of us will inevitably begin striving toward our New Year's Resolutions. If you are like us, our health and finances are at the top of our list for positive change in 2015. To that end, we are joining the Advocare All In 24 Day Challenge that begins January 7th.

In an effort to support our community that is accepting this challenge along with us, we will be posting some simple words of encouragement and examining some of Rick Warren's ideas from "The Daniel Plan".
In "The Daniel Plan", Warren points to Five Elements for Lasting Change:
- Lasting change requires building your life on the truth
- Lasting change requires making wise choices
- Lasting change requires new ways of thinking
- Lasting change requires God's spirit in your life.
- Lasting change requires honest community.
Over the coming days leading to the launch of the All In 24 Day Challenge, we will examine each of these and offer our own commentary on the applicability to this challenge and any lasting life change we aim to accomplish in 2015.
